We are here! A very nice and uneventful drive up from San Diego, with Donna O'Gara, Tori Thomas, and daughter Heather. We had a meeting with all of the webcasters at Natalie's Barn and Breakfast Thursday evening. Got to meet with Lucy and Natalie and Richard, and Lynne Glazer did come even after being burglarized on Tuesday this week!
After trying to work out who and where, we were able to get the computers and cameras to talk to each other (or not in some cases) but knew in advance what was or wasn't going to work. I think we are going to be able to cover Tevis very well this year...
I have been walking around camp, visiting with many of the riders and crews from all over the country. Only if I was riding could I be having any more fun! What and excuse to walk around and be nosy! So far I have met people from Alabama, Virginia, Australia, Missouri, Arizona. This is so much fun.
Please follow along with us, cheer for your favorite riders. Cry a little with those that pull, but we hope to make at least some of the riders more than just a number!
