Robinson Snippets
Janie Shepherd told us she had overheard a conversation between Mo Livermore and a ride vet. Mo and her horse had had quite a fall out on the trail, and while neither Mo nor her horse seemed injured, she was explaining to the vet that she REALLY didn't want to take any chances with the horse. If the vet thought there was a possibility that she should pull, she'd do it.
Janie was impressed with the good example of taking care of the horse.
Karen Chaton, whose horse Weaver was minutely examined by the vet during yesterday's vet-in because of what he perceived as a gait abnormality, took him over Cougar Rock. He must be feeling fine, since she is noted for her excellent care of her horses.
Samm's choice of goodie bag for the ride from Robinson to Foresthill was gummi bears mixed with spearmint Starlite mints.
We were on hand to watch Linda Morelli's horse Kismet's Kokomo heave his
end-of-vet-check dose of Lyte Now across the compound.
